Today's post is a Face of the Day (FOTD) featuring the new cream eyeshadow products from 3 Concept Eyes and Chosungah 22 that I teased about last week. Greens often get overlooked when it comes to picking out makeup for a night out but if you want to match your eyes to your dirty martini, read on!

The products I picked up are the...

This shade is a greenish gold that I'm tempted to describe as khaki gold, even though there is no such thing. It's got a very uniform sheen to it, there are no glitter particles. It's a lot greener in real life than on the official swatches.

The texture of the eyeshadow is really creamy as you might expect and feels a bit slick to the touch while in the pan. As a matter of fact, the texture is comparable to the Maybelline Color Tattoos. They spread just as smoothly and evenly. I'd even go as far to say this is a touch richer, and spreads more easily than some of the Color Tattoo shades I've tried. The shadow dries and sets after about 20 seconds, and lasts upwards of 5-6 hours WITHOUT primer.

All in all, I'm very happy with this one.

The Chosungah 22 Dark Punk is a creamy eyeshadow pencil that self-sharpens. The color is a deep army green and there is a gold microglitter and larger kelly green and blue glitters laced throughout the product. Quite uniformly too I might add. It didn't capture that well in photo, but it is beautiful.

The eyeshadow pencil (or stick, or crayon) glides easily across the lid. It does not drag at all... and miraculously, once it sets, you can rub your eyes all you like, it will not budge!

I love this thing.. but it does have a weakness. It doesn't last as long as the Too Cool For School Dinoplatz Eye Krrrayon from earlier this week. Reviewed here. I like to wear this over primer.

I've been wearing these shades 2 ways.

On the left, I'm wearing just the Chosungah 22 Smoke Olive with kind of a novel placement. It's solely on the outer half of my eyelid, and the inner half of my undereye. I've kind of got a diagonal thing going on.

On the right, I'm wearing both shades with a more traditional look. The 3CE Golden Nude is applied all over the lid and the Chosungah 22 Smoke Olive is in the outer corner and the outer third of the under eye.

So here's the final look using the eyeshadow look from the right hand side of the above photos. Woohoo, I'm ready for my next Thirsty Thursday!
