Xylene is a restricted raw material when it comes to cosmetics (usually in nail polish). The KFDA revised its usage limits to 0.01%, up from 0.002%. Cetylpyridinium Chloride (usually in sunscreens) can be used up to 1%, previously allowable up to 7%.
